We combine age-old techniques with over 25 years of experience in Umbria, preserving the tradition of Strangozzi pasta in its round shape. These shapes are difficult to produce and dry, but they create a unique texture and an optimal flavor experience.
What is Trafilata al Bronzo?
Trafilata al bronzo literally means "pressed through the bronze mold." This process gives the pasta a rough surface, allowing sauces to adhere better and each bite to be richer in flavor.
